Chiwetel Ejiofor, Sophie Okonedo, Audra McDonald, Viola Davis Rule S&A Poll
It looks like Chiwetel Ejiofor gets more of you excited than not; he was mentioned more times than any other actor. Don Cheadle came in second place. And for actresses, it’s a 3-way tie, with Sophie Okonedo, Audra McDonald and Viola Davis each with the same number of mentions. I should remind you all that Jeffrey Wright’s name was off limits, for reasons I already stated in my original post. Loved Chiwetel as Lola in Kinky Boots…
Sorry, but I didn’t, at all… his approach to drag just didn’t work for me, but I’ve loved him in everything else.
To answer Tambay’s question… I dunno, an adaptation of Dorothy West’s The Living Is Easy??
Leading roles…Cheadle maybe, he’s got some sex appeal…hmmm. I don’t know, they’re all strong actors, but if I may be honest, none of them have the look that hollywood tends to go for…with the exception of Sophie. The only leading roles I see any of the male actors possibly getting is in a biopic. Case in point: Forest Whitaker.

really? lol…I don’t see the sexy, never noticed it in any of the films I’ve seen him in…and that pic above don’t help either. Idris Elba and Cheadle definitely got it… Chiwetel does nothing for me…**shrug** Maybe you could recommend a good movie of his…I hated Kinky Boots, but I did see him in Talk To Me and Red Belt
Yeah, maybe I have strange taste. But there’s just something about him that I find very sexy (his talent, intelligence, kind eyes–I could go on). Cheadle isn’t my type, physically, but I can understand your attraction.
