Ambitions star Robin Givens says that OWN’s nighttime soap opera will not be returning to the network. She revealed the news on Instagram.

The series centered around the intense rivalry between formidable legal eagles Stephanie Carlisle Lancaster (Givens) and Amara Hughes (Essence Atkins), former best friends from college who find themselves adversaries in both their personal and professional lives. The series also starred Brian White, Kendrick Cross, Brely Evans, Gino Pesci, Erica Page and more.

Ambitions was created by executive producer and writer Jamey Giddens. Will Packer executive produced the series. Kevin Arkadie was an executive producer and the showrunner.
