Vampires vs. The Bronx actress Coco Jones has been working in Hollywood for a large chunk of her life. The 22-year-old was catapulted to fame after the hit Disney Channel musical, Let It Shine, and she quickly snagged a role on the Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie among countless other projects In addition to the recent Netflix comedy horror film, the South Carolina-born actor was seen on the series Five Points and will soon be seen in the movie, White Elephant

Despite her mega-talent for acting, singing, and dancing, Jones has gotten candid about feeling forgotten about in the industry. In a YouTube video early this year, she revealed that there was supposed to be a Let It Shine 2, which was never greenlit.

After Let It Shine, there was supposed to be a Let It Shine 2, point blank and period,” she shared on Youtube. “The writer wrote it…whoever didn’t want to do it, it didn’t go. I don’t know who it was who didn’t want to be a part of it. But it was done.”

Jones was also slated to have her a star- vehicle series for Disney Channel, which never happened. This was a major disappointment for the actor.

I thought I was supposed to be the next Raven [Symone]. In my mind, that’s what I was thinking,” she said. I can even recall being a room looking around at the heads of all of this. I was like, ‘Oh, it’s a wrap.'”

Still, despite some setbacks, Jones has not let that deter her from reaching for her dreams. Her net worth, in particular, has grown exponentially. According to Wealthy Genius, Jones is worth $1 million, and we can only see that expanding in the future.
