Former Dancing With The Stars host Tom Bergeron is sounding off on the show’s no co-host, Alfonso Ribiero.

“I’m very excited about that,” Bergeron said to HollywoodLife. “Between Alfonso being there and my original showrunner Conrad Green, I think the two of them together will bring that show back to the kind of feel it should.”

In July, it was announced that the former 'The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air' star would co-host Dancing With The Stars alongside Tyra Banks.

Prior to hosting duties on Dancing With The Stars, Ribiero appeared as a contestant on season 19 of the show and took home first place.

“Dancing with the Stars has been such an important part of my life for so many years, and I am ecstatic to officially re-join this tight-knit family as co-host,” Ribeiro said in in a statement received by S&A back in July. “Tyra and I have a longstanding friendship that I hope will resonate with all of the fans at home as we kick off this new season on Disney+.”

'Dancing With Stars' is not the only show Ribiero has replaced Bergeron on.

The actor took over as host of America’s Funniest Home Videos in 2015 after Bergeron’s retirement. In the interview, Bergeron said that he and Ribiero had a nice discussion regarding the latter’s new hosting duties.

“We had a great talk about it. We really did, and he knows he has my blessing,” Bergeron added.
