Lee Daniels’ Star continues to round out the guest cast for its second season.

Featuring a soundtrack of original music and music performances, Lee Daniels’ Star follows three talented singers (played by Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, and Brittany O’Grady), desperate for a new start and with ambitions of stardom, as they navigate the cut-throat music business on their road to success. The show also stars Queen Latifah, Benjamin Bratt, Amiyah Scott, Miss Lawrence and Quincy Brown.

Star has seen a ratings rise, as well as a rise in critical reception for its second season, which added Luke James as a series regular and recurring players including Elijah Kelley, Lance Gross, Keke Palmer, Teyana Taylor and Evan Ross. Patti LaBelle and Brandy will be recurring cast members starting soon as well.

Now, two guest stars have been added to appear in Season 2 as well. Migos rapper Quavo will portray a fictionalized version of himself (probably similar to Missy Elliot’s Pumpkin in Season 1), and La La Anthony will be Paola, the estranged mother (yes, mother) of Evan Ross’s Angel Rivera.

This is Quavo’s second acting appearance. He with the other Migos members guest starred in Atlanta in 2016.

La La, who has an extensive resume as a host and actress appeared in several films and television series over the past year, including BET’s The New Edition Story and a primary role in Ernest Dickerson’s Double Play.

Star airs Wednesdays on Fox.
